Not allowed for import to the US and not allowed in any interstate or intrastate transportation without a specific permit from USDA APHIS PPQ (Plant Protection and Quarantine).
No one should be selling/growing this plant in the U.S.

The little daisy is too cute to make me get rid of this plant. It self sows easily, and soon new plants are born everywhere, so if you have other plants in your plans, this may be a nuisance. Here in Rio de Janeiro you may find this plant almost in every kind of soil, where grass didn´t take over yet, or was just removed (can´t compete against grasses)
