This is nice little slow-growing, unassuming species. Not exactly very vigorous, at least not in my clay-ish soil; seems quite non-invasive. Seems to prefer afternoon shade, unlike most salvias that I know of. The white flowers make it stand out among salvias. If you're afraid of salvias that get too big and obnoxious, this may the one for you.
