Acaena is a genus of evergreen and deciduous sub-shrubs and perennials of low and creeping habit grown mainly for their foliage and petalless flowers/burrs.

Acaena 'Blue Haze' is an evergreen, carpeting perennial with pinnate leaves of grey/blue. Round flower heads are followed with red-brown burrs from midsummer.
