Protocol has been an eye catcher for everyone visiting my garden this spring before the Tall Beardeds have begun to bloom. Several visitors have remarked how much they like it. I have to say, I do to. It has the form of a Tall Bearded, but not the size -- an early beauty! Didn't bloom the first year, but bloomed profusely the second year.
