This year we have had a very mild winter and a glorious february, warm and sunny. This plant started to flower in the middle of february and is still going strong now in March. It has a light sweet scent and is of pleasantly unusual colouring. Not a flower to 'hit you in the eye', but a welcome addition to the garden. It will normally flower a lot later in the year than I have noted above of course.
