I had this iris loved it Have owned a few hundred itris and this one was one of my favs.It is so velvety black purple with such a pure white sprinkiling in the haft it show up well.
All my iris were smothered by heavy weeds when i lost interest in my garden for some years ..and it died.
Dont have info on consistancey but the flower was medium. size.I do want it again.
