Make sure you plant this one close to where you walk every day so you can see it up close. It is gorgeous.

This beautiful cultivar, a tall bearded iris, is easy to grow and vigorous. It thrives in exposures ranging from full sun to shade. Unlike most bearded iris varieties, it willingly blooms with shade to the south, west and north, with only about 2 hours of sun per day. Like other TBs, it is winter hardy in the lower 48 states. It is also heat and drought hardy in Dallas, where temps can reach 113 F.
