In no time this plant can cover a large area, reseeding itself aplenty. Keep this in mind and give it plenty of room. It makes a great filler and it covers itself with long racemes of pale pink blossoms with smoky rose calyxes. I moved mine in a sunny and not so fertile ground, it is looking better there, less greens and just as many flowers.

I find the foliage coarse, and the flowers unremarkable. The cats LOVE this plant in winter once it's frost-killed, though, and happily pounce on the dead foliage for hours on end.
