'Biloxi' has pale pink blooms and is supposed to be highly resistant to powdery mildew and black sooty mold. I have two young trees that have been in the ground over a year now. No problems w/ mold or fungus (but I do use a systemic preventative treatment - sparingly). Vigorous growth, pretty blooms. This variety is supposed to form a tall vase shaped tree 20+ feet.
