SSE offers this description: "Originally from either Chile or Argentina. One of the most beautiful of all the dry beans. Wonderfully rich flavor and smooth texture. Very tender skins almost disappear when cooked. Great for chili or refried beans. Can also be used as a fresh shell bean. Very productive 24" plants, bush habit. 80-90 days."
