Germinates well in cool soil. 84 days. [Heirloom from central Ohio. Original seed from Tom Knoche's Aunt Marge who kept this variety alive for 60 years.] Good flavor and texture. 'Kentucky Wonder' type pods are large, long, stringless, fleshy, and fiberless. Pods range from 6 to 8 in. long, containing 8 to 10 seeds per pod.
