This is a relatively new variety of Yardlong Bean that has become very popular in Taiwan. Light green long pods are very crispy and delicious, excellent for stir-fry. This is relatively early variety, producing lots of pods of about 20 inches long in a long time. The plant adapts to heat and rain very well.
