From the source "Encyclopedia of Hydrangeas" C.J. and D.M. Van Gelderen (2004 - Timber Press):

A shrub of about 5 feet, with upright branches. Flowerheads white, sepals serrate and slightly fragrant. This culitivar is similar to 'Taiwan' and not fully hardy. Raised by Rowallane Gardens, Saintfield, Northern Ireland, UK, before 1985.
