Small, round, pink tubers, yellow flesh, from Iceland. Scandinavian seed saver reports that the name Nolor is after Jonas Alstromer's farm Nolhaga - Alstromer imported potatoes from Great Britain to Skandinavia about 1720 and made the potato crop spread among ordinary farmers all over Skandinavia. We are looking for specific recipes for use of this tuber. Google Kenosha Potato Project for more info.
