The spelling "Bees' Ruby" is the correct for A. pseudarmeria because it is named after an English horticulturalist named Bees, not the insect.

Some serious confusion over nomenclature, this variety is listed as A. maritima, A. latifolia, A. alliacea, and A. plantaginea, as well as A. psuedarmeria.

To further muddle things, the cultivar name is alternately spelled 'Bees Ruby' and 'Bees' Ruby' and 'Bee's Ruby'
