Most sources will tell you that this species produces green trifoliate leaves to 60cm but they obviously haven't encountered 'Big Momma' which regularly grows leaves to 90cm (3') across The huge leaves almost hide the deeply hooded brown and cream striped spathe. This is very handsome and dramatic if you can bother to peer through the huge leaves to admire it. Height 60cm. Hardy. This plant needs plenty of water and likes a shaded position with free draining soil.
