Fairly cold tolerant little columnar plant- did well for me in zone 9b down to 24F right next to other succulents that 'melted' in the frost. Unique in having little fleshy 'arms' that eventually dry up and turn into woody stems that remain on the plant (I trim the lower ones off just because they look dead)- only Euphorbia that does this I'm aware of. Otherwise looks like a short generic Euphorbia.
