I first saw this plant growing at Green Spring Gardens in Alexandria, VA and finally located one of the horticulturists to identify it for me. A lovely plant with glaucous foliage and delightful nodding spurless flowers that bloom much longer than other Aquilegias. The only negative is that it self sows freely in the garden, something I personally don't have a problem with - I love this plant!
