Is a much branched rather dense subshrub, about a foot high and broad. Stem branched from the bas, branches tortuosus, divaricate, soon becoming woody and very tough, with roughish grey rind, bare save near the apices. Leaves obovate-spathulate or obovate-rhumboidal, bluntly apiculate at apex, attenuate below, finely and densely glandular-pubescent, very sticky, very fleshy, flattish on face, rounded on edges, very convex on back.
