A cultivar of Vinca minor.

Bears double, light blue flowers on and off from Spring to Autumn.

Will tolerate most soils but dislikes waterlogged or dry soils. Flowers best in sun but tolerates shade.

Makes a good ground cover for a difficult spot to plant.
