This is a delicate little climbing plant, easily overlooked among the larger shrubs on which it climbs. It rarely climbs above a metre, with trifoliate leaves and clusters of small pale lilac to blue flowers, fading to almost white. It is quite an attractive little plant, but hard to show it off well in a garden. I have collected seed a few times, but have not yet managed to grow any plants.
