'Happenstance' is a 37" mid-season bloomer. It was awarded The American Iris Society Honorable Mention in 2002.

It's flower is moderate in size with lovely substance. It's beards are orange in my garden and the flower is pink on opening with the white center of the falls developing as it matures.
