This is a series of shrub roses from France, which includes a number vigorous ground covers. 'Red Meidiland' generously produces single red flowers with white centers, about 18-24" high spreads to 6+ feet, blooms all year in 9b. Can be pruned harshly anytime of year and still keeps blooming. Very disease resistant.
