I have grown this plant for a few years in the Vancouver area Zone 8b without any problems. It seems to breeze through winter with no damage and has nice serrated dark green leaves. I've done propagation with some success but is a challenge. I recommend this plant for foliage. Haven't seen the flowers yet. Phosphorus sensitive.
