These are small (1 lb.) elongated melons. They resemble a fat cucumber. The flesh is pale white green and crisp like a cucumber. It is sweet but different. It was relatively easy to grow, but I did not have many takers. One has to acquire a taste for them. There is some reported interest in these types of melons. The cultivar Sprite is reported on some commercial acreage.
