Quickie is the earliest bi-color that I have tried being about the same season as Sunglow. It is not as tasty as the mainseason bi-colors having a flavor that I can best desribe as watered-down. Never the less it is good for getting a break on the season. It germinates well in cold soil, and grows vigorously. Ears are small (7 inch x 14 row).
