This is one of the best looking Dioons, or cycads in general. This Mexican native forms a nice, usually straight and eventually tall trunk (in several hundred years) up to 15' tall. It holds a lot of leaves with perfectly spaced, thin, lancelot leaflets basically on nearly a flat plane (as opposed to the similar looking D califanoi which has keeled leaves).
