Can't find much about this species and have only seen one plant... but from what I can gleen, it is not an impressive caudiciform... more like a short thin woody stem with one or several year green vining-like stems coming out of it with very lace-like deeply divided leaves in the spring. No idea on cold hardiness or eventual height.
