In our GHs this species is 'fogged' frequently during summer mornings. If fogging causes/creates the least bit of additional stress, fogging is stopped till plant health improves.

Once growth signs begin to appear, then the potting soil is watered lightly at regular invervals till growth stops.

This species usually "wakes up" in mid-Fall. It stays on African seasons.

A rewarding plant. Multicolor cultivar hybrids are likely to appear in the next several years.

This is a winter grower and suggestions have been made to keep cool and dry in summer. But one I have seen been in greenhouse all summer and been anything but cool... seems fine. Sure been kept dry. Small, clustering species with dark green warty fleshy leaves
