This a very tall or climbing pea that is very old. It has huge pods approaching 5 inches long and 3/4 inch in diameter. Unfortunately it is somewhat finicky about its growing conditions and I have had little luck geting a reasonable yield. Hopefully folks in more northerly climes will have better luck.
