I don't remember for certain where I obtained the plant, but it was mail order and planted in a 3 or 4 inch pot. A small plant. I wanted to grow it in a container, and in any event, it was too small to send out into the actual dirt, so I repotted it in an approximately 9 inch pot. It languished, and then died even before winter. I live in zone 5b/6a, northern Westchester County, NY. Roses in general do not love it here, but this one really died quickly.
