This is a North American lily, from the West Coast. Short lived, it needs to be regularly resown. It grows up to 3ft tall, with small, light green, upward leaves.

The flowers are medium sized, from 1 to 5 per plant. These flowers are funnel shaped, pink with lots of purple spots, and a yellow throat. The stamens are short and light yellow.

It likes rich organic soil, regular watering, full sun, and blooms only in a short period around mid summer.
