The nursery tag tells me that this is a yellow twig dogwood that is similar to 'Flaviramea' but with better resistance to stem canker. They expect it to reach a mature size of 7'x7'! I've place it in a very strategic spot, where it can both grow to its mature size, be a nice plain (not variegated) leafy background in summer, and also seen from the house in winter, flashing yellow stems against the darker background.
