I love any of the Sorbet series violas but Lemon Chiffon is my fave b/c of the beautiful buttery yellow. Flowers fade partially to a creamy white. For my area, I find them hardier than regular pansies. I water w/ diluted bloom blooster from Nov to Apr, when they start petering out and it's time to replace w/ warm season annuals.
