I had some success propogating this from seed so I have to brag!! try dropping seed in heated liquid smoke ( do not attempt inside a home,) and add wood ash. it should fizzle like soda pop, repeat this and leave to cold stratify outside all winter or 3-4 months in fridge good luck!!
