Neutral	Monocromatico	On Apr 27, 2004, Monocromatico from Rio de Janeiro Brazil (Zone 11) wrote: C. tsaii (named after chinese botanist Tsai Hsi-Tao, but "Tsai", as I have read, coincidently, is how "Tea" is pronounced in China) is a small flowered, evergreen, shrubby Camellia. It has shiny, narrow, small leaves. The flowers are white, with flat, broad petals, and a column of erect stamens.
