This open pollinated green cauliflower has become a super market staple. It origens are controversial, with some sources stating that it is a cross between broccoli and cauliflower and others saying it an improved strain of a Dutch green cauliflower. Take your choice but thare are more varieties of green cauliflower in Europe. Like the purple cauliflowers its has a stronger flavor than the white, and is often used in cooked dishes.
