I am growing several Raphionacme velutina plants from seed obtained from Penrock 5/'10. Growing medium: coir, pumice, handful of organic mulch. Water: rain ph 6.5. 9 out of 10 seeds germinated between 2 and 4 weeks at 80 degrees F. Went dormant in Fall of '11. Repotted and put outside on deck for summer '12. Flourished in midwest brutal summer. Flowered abundantly in September.
