Dainty central American understory solitary palm with partially split feather leaves and new leaf opening up a nice orangy red color. Actually has some cold tolerance and one plant was grown successfully in Ventura county, California outdoors for over 10 years in very protected environment. However, still a very tropical palm normally and touchy with heat and winds.
