Wonderful iris -- sturdy survivor, warm and interesting color, beautiful sheen, lovely sweet fragrance, something like lily of the valley. Today I have the last of three blooms from a plant that was dug up last Halloween in Virginia (the only survivor of a garden overrun by crabgrass), spent the winter in a pot on my balcony in Oregon, and was transplanted into the ground early in May. I love the color and the scent.
