Released by Arkansas in 1996, Ozarkblue has an approximate chilling requirement of 800-1000 hours. It has one of the highest chill requirements of the Southern High Bush cultivars and is probably better suited to the middle rather than the deep south. Large fruit with good flvaor. Plants are semi-upright and fairly vigorous.
