Bahama Wild Coffee (Psychotria lingustrifolia) is native to the pine rocklands, tropical hardwood and limestone hammocks and keys of far southern Florida (Miami-Dade County) and the Keys. It is also found in Puerto Rico.

It is listed as an endangered species by the state of Florida due to habitat destruction.

Bahama Wild Coffee is distinguished from Psychotria nervosa and Psychotria sulzneri by it's thin and smaller(much thinner than P. nervosa and P. sulzneri) leaves. Also, the leaves lack any visible ridges, unlike the ridged leaves of P. nervosa and P. sulzneri.

Like them, however, Bahama Wild Coffee is very useful for wildlife. The fruit is very beneficial to wildlife (such as birds and small mammals) and the flowers attract pollinating insects. It may also provide shelter for wildlife.

Bahama Wild Coffee grows in zones 10a through 11. It grows as a shrub.
