I have a selaginella growing in my office with my Platycerium bifurcatum and they are both very happy. I use 1/4 strength orchid food and a 1/4tsp of dried banana peels( powdered). The contrast between the leaf formations is rather astounding to me (being a botanist) and I enjoy combining my indoor plants to bring out the colours and textures.

I planted several Gold Tips in a heavily shaded area earlier this summer, and they have been doing great. They've been spreading very quickly and have a thick mossy feel. They have held up well in the hot, humid, Atlanta summer.
