I have had great success with this bush. When I planted it, it was about a foot tall; now it is at least six feet tall. That is within five years and without much tending to. I do put a mesh bird net over it in the spring. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to harvest the two to three quarts of beautifully firm berries every year.
