Neat, clean Medusoid euphorbia- one of the more cold hardy species. Snake-like projections from caudex are very smooth and blue-green. Caudex can get up to 4" in diameter. Needs to stay drier in the winters, so may not make a good garden plant for those areas with heavy winter rains.
