This plant grows 5 ft tall first year from seed. Can be grown as an annual. In my experience it will die from ANY summer water in the garden setting.
The pictures do not do it justice. A field of this in the wild is stunning. If anyone has seeds for this please let me know. I cannot find it anywhere, but it is a pretty common plant. Someone has to have some!
