A 1999 introduction by P Mosely. Extra-Tender 272A is similar to 270A but matures about three days later. The eating quality is excellent, sweet and tender with good corn taste. Ears average 8" with 16-18 rows of kernels. Good cool soil germination. 5 1/2-6' plants. A 74 day bi-color.

72 day SHQ bicolor. Ears are 8 inches with 18 rows.
