I have this tree planted next to a small pond, nestled next to our deck. It receives about 4 hours of direct sun per day and is sheltered from drying winter winds. The form is open and wispy. It weeps gently unlike other pendulus varieties like Crimson Queen. The photos supplied by other members are dead on target - beautiful.

Whereas the weeping dissectum forms are usually low mounds, the long pendulous branches of this more upright 10-15'tree form a curtain around the trunk; leaves are pendulous too, with gold & red fall color.S/M
