Small slow growing cycad with mostly underground caudex and dull green, twisted leaves (usually only holds 2-6 leaves at a time). Not terribly ornamental, but rare enough cycad growers are still interested in it. From New South Wales in Australia. One of the most frost tolerant cycads.
