According to a vendor, "A bright orange color throughout, this hybrid spaghetti squash is much higher in beta carotene (Vitamin A) than other varieties. Yields are very high(12 fruit per bush) and early. 2.5 pound fruit are 7-10 inches in length and remarkable for both their flavor and texture. An added plus is that they store quite well. To microwave, just poke a few holes in the fruit and cook on high for 12-15 minutes." An F1 hybrid (75 days)
